Prenatal 

Prenatal Package (12 Week Plan)      $395         

This package is great for expecting parents who want to take a pro-active approach to their precious new bundle's sleep.  Our goal for this plan is to teach you how to transition your baby into healthy sleep patterns starting day one and help you avoid the sleep issues that can set in as your baby grows.  Waking up to feed during the night is expected and very important to babies health and development.This plan is age appropriate for newborns and is not intended to get your baby sleeping through the night.  However, many babies that learn great sleep skills early on usually do start sleeping through the night (8-12 hours) at about 12 weeks old.   

 

 

  • Initial Questionnaire to assess your family’s individual sleep goals

  • Personalized Sleep Plan that gives you step-by step instructions on how to handle bedtime, night waking and naps

  • 90 Minute Coaching Session to include a room assessment, age appropriate sleep education, and a detailed breakdown of the personalized sleep plan for your child

  • Weekly sleep log monitoring until the baby reaches 12 weeks old 

  • 4 Phone calls that will be spread out over the plan period to over additional support and answers to any questions

  • Weekly email support which includes 1 email session per week until your child is 12 weeks old

  • Katie Kuncho Sleep Consulting Resource Guide to help you navigate any future transitions 

Newborn 0-10 Weeks
