Prenatal & Newborn
Pre-natal & Newborn sleep plans can be up to 12 weeks long. Our goal for this plan is to teach you how to transition your baby into healthy sleep patterns early on and help you avoid the sleep issues that can set in as your baby grows. Waking up to feed during the night is expected and very important to your baby's health and development. This plan is age appropriate for newborns and is not intended to get your baby sleeping through the night. However, many babies that learn great sleep skills early on usually do start sleeping through the night (8-12 hours) at about 12 weeks old.
